By using oddkit, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Description of Service
oddkit provides free, browser-based tools for image generation, compression, conversion, and resizing. Processing happens locally in your browser; files are not uploaded to our servers unless a tool explicitly states otherwise.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use oddkit to create, upload, or process unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.
Your Content
You retain full ownership of any images you create or process using oddkit's tools, including for commercial use. oddkit claims no rights to files you generate or upload.
No Warranty
oddkit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, oddkit and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Advertising
oddkit may display advertising, including through Google AdSense, to support the cost of running the service. Advertising is subject to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of oddkit after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
